Delivery Policy (Digital Orders)

1. Delivery Time

All personalized Santa videos are delivered within:

• 24 hours from the moment you submit your child’s details and photo
  (not from purchase time)

2. Personalized Content Requirement

We cannot begin creating your video until you submit:

• child’s name

• details required

• a photo (optional if your product requires it)

Delayed submission may delay delivery.

3. Delivery Method

Your final video will be delivered by email through:

• a secure download link
  or

• a direct MP4 file attachment

You will receive a confirmation email once the video is ready.

4. Failed or Missing Deliveries

If you do not receive your video:

• check spam/junk folders

• verify your email address

• contact us immediately at [your support email]

We will resend the video free of charge.

5. No Refunds for Digital Delivery

Because all products are digital and personalized, no refunds are provided once production has started.

Corrections will be provided if the mistake is on our side.
